Steam Loco #1  (ex-Koppers Co. 1)

 This little 0-4-0T was built by H.K. Porter in 1931. 

No. 1 is shown here on September 16, 2006 during Railroad Days.

Steam Loco #4  (ex-International Shoe Co. 4)

 Steam locomotive #4 is a 32 ton Heisler logging locomotive built in 1929. 

No. 4 is one of two operational geared locomotives at Clark's Trading Post.   It has  the diamond smokestack typical of early wood burning trains.

Steam Loco #5 (ex East Branch & Lincoln 5)

 This 2-4-2T wheel arrangement locomotive was built by Burnam Williams & Co. (under license to the Baldwin Locomotive Works) in November 1906 at Philadelphia Pennsylvania. 

She is shown here on September 26, 1999.

Steam Loco #6  (ex-Beebe River Railroad 6)

  Our Climax was built in 1920 at Cory Pennsylvania by the Climax Manufacturing Company. 

This locomotive has been completely re-built and as it sits today is in excellent condition.  We're very proud of this locomotive, because of the 1,000 or so built, there are only 4 of them in operation world-wide.

Steam Loco Shay (ex Woodstock Lumber Co. 5)

 This Shay was built by Lima Locomotive Works at Lima Ohio in Dec 1917 as builder no. 2958.   It is a 2 truck 50 ton geared logging locomotive.

 This theme park style locomotive is located in the museum and is not in service.

Diesel Loco #1943

 This locomotive was built in August 1943 by General Electric Co. in Schenectady NY. 

It is a 65 ton 400 HP diesel electric.

Gasoline Loco #2

 Gas-Mechanical locomotive #2 was made at the Vulcan Iron Works of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Clark's purchased it in 1964 from the Granite Quarry in Barry Vermont.

Rail Bus #B1

 This Rail Bus was built as a city bus in 1929 by the Reo Truck company.

The shops of the Sandy River and Rangeley Lakes railroad converted it to run on rails. It was in service there from 1930 until 1937.

It can been seen during the Septeember Railroads Days weekend. I can personally attest that it is a treat to ride.
